  • The promoter is Shuttercraft Ltd (company no. 4495750 registered office is at Unit 1, Newdown Farm, Micheldever, Winchester, SO21 3BT) via independent Shuttercraft franchises.

  • The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Shuttercraft/S:CRAFT and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
  • The promotional period is exclusively from 1st July 2023 to August 31st 2023. After this date, no further promotional benefits can be applied.
  • By purchasing during the promotional period, the customer indicates his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The promotion is up to 25% off shutter sales on new shutter quotes.
  • Independent franchisees reserve the right to their T&Cs of discount application on products meeting the up to 25% threshold. A conversation with your franchisee supplier will clarify this.
  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. The promoter will notify entrants of any changes to the competition as soon as possible.
  • Promotion only applies to sales during the designated period of 1st July 2023 to August 31st 2023.
  • The promoter’s decision regarding the promotion will be final, and no correspondence will be entered.
  • The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
